Revamp the in-store experience with tent-card exhibits placed at counter, highlighting the Shell Escape Refresh point system. This ensures that patrons are well-informed about the system while also prompting them to consider downloading the app, which offers updates and transaction tracking capabilities. Beyond the physical store, to maintain a seamless connection with riders through eDMs. These electronic communications serve to update riders about their current points status but also guide them towards comprehending the pathway to their accrued points, hence it was design with a pathway to the steps of earning points.
